When placing an order online, you will
be able to add additional information and instructions on the
final checkout page. If you wish to provide additional shipping
information, requests etc, please contact
us and mention your confirmation or order number.
Registering
At the end of the order, you will need
to register to setup an account. If you already have an account,
you will need to log-in. This will enable you to check your
order status on-line, use a personalized shipping address book
and simplify the checkout process on your next order. New customers
will also receive a welcome pack that includes a small gift
and a free UPS Ground shipping coupon for your next order (over

When Will My Order Ship?
At Tape Resources, over 90% of orders are shipped out the same day they are placed.
If you place your order with us on the phone by 5:30 PM ET Monday - Friday, or on our web site by 5:00 PM ET Monday - Friday, in almost all cases we will ship
out stocked product that same day. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. If you
have a critical need or want to know exactly when your order will ship, just give us a
call at 1-800-827-3462 for specific shipping information regarding your order.

Free Shipping
Orders of Professional Recording Media Products and Data Products over $250 are shipped freight free by Expedited UPS Ground. Guaranteed delivery within 6 business days. Audio Cassettes, Batteries, DVD, CD, Media Storage, Packaging, and all VHS are excluded from our free shipping policy. If purchasing via our online store, you will be shown which item(s) are eligible for free shipping and which are not by viewing the items in the cart once your order subtotal is over $250.
Please note that your order must be greater than $250 and your shipping destination within the continental U.S. must be accessible via UPS Ground.
GSA customers receive free UPS Ground shipping for orders of products that are listed on ours or our manufacturer partner’s GSA contract.
