When placing an order online, you will

final checkout page. If you wish to provide additional shipping

At the end of the order, you will need
to register to setup an account. If you already have an account,
you will need to log-in. This will enable you to check your
order status on-line, use a personalized shipping address book
and simplify the checkout process on your next order. New customers
will also receive a welcome pack that includes a small gift

Sales Tax
We currently charge sales tax in the states of VA, CA, NY, TX, IL, WA, OH, PA and GA unless an exemption certificate is provided. When Will My Order Ship?
At Tape Resources, we do everything we can to ship your order out as quickly as possible. However at the present time, as a result of the Japan earthquake and tsunami, many items are on controlled allocation, and stock levels will vary greatly as product availability is severely limited. As such, we can no longer provide a guarantee of delivery for your order if it consists of any of the affected products.

Free Shipping
Certain Products Which are on Controlled Allocation May Not Be Eligible For Our Free Shipping Program.
Items on Controlled Allocation, Audio Cassettes, Batteries, DVD, CD, Media Storage, Packaging, and all VHS are excluded from our free shipping policy.
Because we are doing our best to fulfill your order during the present stock shortages caused by the recent disaster in Japan, the origin of the product may be from a remote warehouse facility, and not from the default local warehouse that your order normally comes from. As a result, a shipping charge may be incurred, and the shipping time may be significantly longer than expected. We will contact you to inform you of the situation if this is the case, or if there are any other problems with your order.
GSA customers receive free UPS Ground shipping for orders of products that are listed on ours or our manufacturer partner’s GSA contract.

Please note, shipping times are all based on the product being in stock and available to ship. At the present time, due to the recent disaster in Japan, there are severe shortages on many professional media products. Although we usually have ample stock on hand, factors beyond our control result in severely limited and constantly changing stock availability. Therefore, at the present time, we cannot offer any guarantee of delivery for your order. We offer the following shipping methods:
- UPS Ground (U)
- Free Shipping: Orders of professional media over $250 (Excludes Products on Controlled Allocation, Audio Cassettes, Batteries, DVD, CD, Media Storage, Packaging, and all VHS).
- Shipping time is 2 to 6 business days, if product is in stock and available to ship.
- UPS 2nd DAY (2U)
- Guaranteed delivery within 2 business days (product must be in stock and available to ship)
- UPS NEXT DAY SAVER (1US)
- Guaranteed next business day
delivery (product must be in stock and available to ship)
For territories where shipping costs are not readily available,
we will email you the shipping costs for confirmation before
processing your order.

Although our offices are located in Virginia Beach VA, we have warehouses in strategic locations across the US in order to provide next day service via UPS ground delivery to many US cities. Our primary warehouses are in Philadelphia, Chicago and Los Angeles, but we also can ship from several other locations or even from the manufacturer for certain products.
